Sunday School
CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: We are excited to announce that we will once again have a Sunday School class beginning November 29, 2020- the First Sunday of Advent. We will start with only one class -Preschool through 1st Grade at this time. All items in the room will be sanitized ahead of time and placed in the USED bin once utilized.
Sunday school begins at 10:30 a.m. upstairs with the congregation. Following the Children's Sermon with Pastor Janet, students are invited downstairs to begin class. Children in Preschool through 1st Grade are in one class, and 2nd Grade through 5th Grade are in another. Families with toddlers are welcome to listen to worship from our Family Room.
On Sundays where Holy Communion is celebrated in worship, the elements are brought to the children and teachers in their classrooms! Our worship service can be heard so they are able to participate in communion with the congregation.

Vacation Bible School 2019:
TO MARS AND BEYOND
Vacation Bible School is a joint ministry of St. John’s United Church of Christ and St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church. Together, we believe that VBS is a vital ministry to the children and youth of our community.
“Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?” He said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the greatest and first commandment. And a second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.” – Matthew 22:36-40
